O Mahamaye, O Lakshmi, O one worshipped by the gods, O one who holds the conch, discus, and mace in her hands, salutations to you, O Mahalakshmi Devi. || 1 ||

O one who has Garuda as her vehicle, O one who terrified Kolasura, O Devi who removes all sins, salutations to you, O Mahalakshmi Devi. || 2 ||

O one who knows everything, O one who grants all boons, O one who brings fear to all the wicked, O Devi who removes all sorrows, salutations to you, O Mahalakshmi Devi. || 3 ||

O one who bestows Siddhi (spiritual power) and Buddhi (intellect), O one who grants worldly pleasures and liberation, O one who is the embodiment of sacred chants, O ever-present Devi, salutations to you, O Mahalakshmi Devi. || 4 ||

One who recites it daily once will have their great sins destroyed. One who recites it daily twice will be filled with wealth and grains.

One who recites it daily three times will have their great enemies destroyed. Mahalakshmi Devi will always be pleased with them, granting boons, and will be auspicious.
